Our Process in 5 steps

Step 1: The harvest

Every year, we scout for new pine trees to ensure sustainable harvesting. When May arrives, we assemble a team of wild foragers and venture into the deep forest to harvest. We must act quickly, as we only have 12 days to collect all of our pollen!

Step 2: Drying & Curing

Once harvested, we transport the catkins to our drying room where they dry slowly over the course of 4-5 days. We maintain strict humidity and temperature control to ensure the pollen remains as unaltered as possible.

Step 3: Shaking, Filtering & Freezing

Once the catkins have dried, they begin releasing their pollen. We then shake them to collect the pollen, which is subsequently filtered through an ultra-fine sieve to ensure only the pollen remains. Finally, we immediately freeze the pollen to keep it as fresh as possible for the extraction process.

Step 4: Extraction Process

Then we head to the lab where we perform a dual extraction using high-proof alcohol and vegetable glycerine to capture as much of the steroid content as possible, along with all the other beneficial compounds that contribute to the synergistic benefits. This process takes a full month to ensure optimal extraction.
